SCHEDULE A PARTY FOR 2026 TODAY!

RESERVATION PROCESS 

To request a pool party fill out the online reservation request below. 

Pool Party Information:

After-hours party fee for members is $200 and $250 for non-members

After-hours parties are available at the following times: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8-10pm.  Sunday  11am -1pm and 7 -9 pm. Beginning July 20, 2026 Monday and Wednesday evenings from 8-10 pm will be available to reserve as well.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid to secure your date.  This deposit will be deducted from the balance of the pool party.   

Once the date has been confirmed with the Pool Manager, the social chair will be in contact with you to collect the deposit and secure your date.

Day time party fee for members is $100 and $150 for non-members.

Guests do not have to be members of RWSC.

Max 20 guests, each guest above 20 will incur a $5/person fee. 

Parties during the day must be reserved AT LEAST 48 hours in advance.  

Day time parties must be PAID IN FULL at booking to secure your time slot. 

The social chair will send an invoice after the request has been made.

**All party requests are subject to lifeguard and pool availability, your party is not booked until confirmed by the Social Chair**
