RESERVATION PROCESS FOR AFTER HOURS PARTIES
RESERVATION PROCESS
To request a pool party fill out the online reservation request below.
Once a reservation request is received, it will be reviewed for availability and the Social Chair will contact you directly to confirm the request has been received and can be fulfilled.
$50 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid to secure your reservation (this fee will be deducted from the balance of your party)
After hour Party's are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m.- 10 p.m. and Sundays 7 p.m.- 9 p.m.
50 guests are allowed at parties, more than 50 guests there is a additional $50 fee
$200 for members and $250 for non-members

RESERVATION PROCESS
To request a pool party fill out the online reservation request form below.
Once a reservation request is received, it will be reviewed for availability and the Social Chair will contact you directly to confirm the request has been received and can be fulfilled.
Time slots for day party’s are as follows:
11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday- Saturday
3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday- Saturday
4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday
1 p.m.- 3 p.m. or 3 p.m.- 5 p.m. available on Sundays
Up to 20 guests allowed at day parties
*Additional guests above 20 will be charged a guest fee of $5 per person
Day party reservations will include two tables under the pavilion and three hours of pool time.
Please reserve at least 48 hours in advance.
$100 Member Fee
$150 Non Member Fee
